An employee at the Hudson City Savings Bank (HCSB) read in the Record about CFA's dire need of food and asked to put a collection box in the lobby of HCSB's Paramus location. Denis Salamone, HCSB CEO, said WE CAN DO EVEN MORE and launched a food and monetary collection from their EMPLOYEES AND THE PUBLIC in the Bergen and Passaic County branches and Administrative offices through AUGUST 31st. Additionally, Hudson City Savings Bank will provide a can for can match of all food items collected during the campaign, and a dollar for dollar match of all monetary donations made by Hudson City employees.

Boy Scout Troops 49 & 369 hosted their annual food drive in Oakland NJ and collected 634 bags of assorted food items equaling approximately 9500 lbs. We thank Mr. Michael Kozak & Ms. Theresa Barry for their leadership
