-Cutting food assistance no pathway to jobs

Check out this great op-ed from NJAHC Director Adele LaTourette that appears on NJ Spotlight today.

Adele makes the case that cutting off food aid to people who are struggling to find work is no way to help these folks find good paying jobs that provide enough income to support themselves and their families, as some Congressional Republicans are proposing. Plus, most people receiving SNAP already work.
